| Game Summary | The Ballers and Ballas played an entertaining, fast-paced contest. Monique Bejerano opened the scoring with a three-point basket for the Ballers and the game was on. Destinee Martel scored 23 points for the Ballers as she, Nashanta Williams (eight points) and Mary Rhatigan (seven points) controlled the boards. Caylie Bahr played strong perimeter defense, including a key blocked shot in the last minute of the game. Anjenay Bowens (four points) and Micalea Tautalatasi (three points) helped the Ballas take a 21-15 lead at the half. Tirana Salausa provided consistent scoring with 17 points and Odessa Cabuang made three three-point baskets to keep the game tight until the last minute. Newcomer Alex Cooper scored four points and played a strong floor game for the Ballas. |
