| Team Summaries | Astros Notes: The Astros kept rolling as they sent a new starter tot he hill in the person of DK who settled down after getting a bit roughed up in the 1st inning. DK went 4 strong innings, holding the Mariners to just 1 run. Geo took over and pitched 2 scoreless frames before closed Eddy took the hill and retired the M's 1-2-3 to close out the top half of the 7th. Eddy also added 2 RBI base hits, and was joined by Bryce, Griffin and DK as the big hitting stars of the game. Defensively, the Astros were led by Spencer who combined with a 2-6-2 put out at home as the Mariners tried to steal home on the 1st and 3rd play. Mariners Notes: |
