| Team Summaries | Astros Notes: Bryce had himself a day to remember, hitting for the cycle while pitching 3 strong innings to start the day off right for the Astros. Eddy and Nolan each dueled the Padres for 2 innings and held them in check while the Astro bats stayed busy. Spencer added 5 RBI on 4 doubles, while Griffin and Daniel both chipped in with multi-hit games. Steven hit a bomb over the left fielder's head and outstanding defense from Geo and Daniel stopped Padre threats. Cody, Gabe and Jeremy pitched well for the Padres, while Gabe, Cody and Matt had big hits to keep the Padres hopes alive to the end. Padres Notes: |
