Game Summary | Extraordinary pitching by White Sox pitcher Eric R, who struck out 10 and walked only one in a complete game, was the key to this game. The White Sox’ Elan B had single and a double. Jake A had two hits, which included the go-head RBI. Evan B had an RBI and made two key big catches in center fielder and Louis P hit a clutch double in the bottom of the 5th. The Tigers battled back in the top of the 6th, but Gabe D ended the game with a backhanded catch in foul territory. The Tigers Peter C pitched four strong innings and allowed just three hits, and Joey C struck out the side in his relief appearance. |
