Game Summary | The Indians and Brewers met in a tight battle between two of the league's best pitchers. In the first inning, Indian Cormac C scored when Harry S hit a double to put the team ahead 1-0. With no outs, and the bases loaded by the Indians in the second, the Brewers turned a triple play. Brewers Brian T caught a line drive at first, threw to Jeff B, catching the runner off second, who then threw home to Mitchell A catching a runner at the plate for the rare triple play. Brewer Michael G pitched a three hitter, walking one and striking out three. Brewer Clayton D in the fourth, hit a solid double to score the games winning run. Indian Harry S struck out five and gave up four hits in his 5 innings worked. |
